Pirates of the Caribbean - At World's End

Hey, mateys, the time is coming upon us for that Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End movie. If ye be a good pirate or pirate-lover then ye'll want to get out and see thee flick this coming May 25, 2007 to a theatre near ye.

Though the moviemakers are keeping tight lips lest they sink ships regarding this movie, they have given landlubbers and seafaring creatures alike a few tidbits to chew on. For instance in Pirates of the Caribbean 3, this will be the first appearance of Chow Yun-Fat in the trilogy of movies.

I know what ye be thinking - what's an Asian landlubber doing in a film about pirates in the Caribbean? But, the fact is that at one time there were plenty of pirates off the coast of China as well, so it's not quite as big a stretch as ye may think.

Also, for the first time, Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones will be appearing as Jack Sparrow's father in At World's End. Now, isn't Keith Richards just made for the part of a weathered old pirate? Aaaaargh, your darn shootin' he be!

There even be an exclusive movie preview at Yahoo Movies that shows Captain Barbossa and Captain Jack Sparrow fighting over who is going to be captain and give orders aboard the Black Pearl. Apparently Barbossa thinks that because he holds the maps, he is to be captain. Sparrow counters, "That makes you, Chart man". Tis a fine, funny clip, feature a little taste of what is to come. Or ye can check out a longer clip at Yahoo's secret trailer to get a bird's eye view of the frivolity to come.

Me can't wait until the fine, full feature film sets sail in theatres nationwide. At World's End may be the last of the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy, so this is one adventure that must not be missed. If ye do missed it lads and lasses, I may just have to let my cat-o-nines out of the bag and ye wouldn't want me to do that, now would ye?
